By the end of fiscal year 2018, The Ohio State University had completed an ambitious 24-month project that involved a disciplined, methodical approach to prioritization and qualification of thousands of potential prospects. This project included the systematic implementation, and for the first time at Ohio State, integration of multiple components on an epic scale: wealth screening, predictive modeling, thirty brand new unit assignment scores, and a new process for distributing nearly 7,000 prospects to development officers for field qualification.

Presenters will cover data and analytics components, preliminary outcomes, and their deliberate and thoughtful methodologies for building leadership support and fundraiser buy-in to create and motivate an organization-wide initiative.
