Cancellation Policy

If you have registered for the conference and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another member of your choice. Should you need to cancel your conference registration, an email must be sent to the Apra registration inbox requesting a refund. This email must be received on or before June 28, 2019 to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after June 28, 2019. All refund requests should be sent to registration@aprahome.org.

Note: Registration forms will not be processed without payment. Full conference registration includes admission to all breakout sessions, general sessions, exhibit hall and receptions. Remember, your membership must be current to receive the discounted rate for the conference. Please allow a minimum of 10 days processing time if you are a new member.

An Apra photographer, videographer or staff member may take photos or video of participants at Apra events. Please be aware that these photos and videos may appear in Apra's conference programs, brochures, catalogues, newsletters, website, social media, promtoional videos, annual report, and other industry publications and materials. Your attendance constitutes your permission and consent for photography and video subsequent usage. Please see an Apra staff member on site if you have any concerns or questions regarding photography or videography.
