Prospect Development 2021 FAQs

We bet you have some questions, so we’ve answered a few of the most common ones for your convenience. Please continue to check this page in the coming weeks for new information as it is available.

What does my registration include?

Registration includes access to all keynotes and general sessions, breakouts, vendor sessions, as well as admittance to the Apra Vendor Hub and all networking events. All event attendees receive access to the proceedings download and session recordings as part of their registration.

I didn’t receive my registration confirmation.

Your registration confirmation email is only sent once payment is received. Please contact registration@aprahome.org to resend your confirmation email.

What if I need to cancel or make changes to my registration?

Due to the nature of the virtual format for Prospect Development 2021, refunds are not permitted. All purchases are final. If you cannot attend Prospect Development 2021, you may substitute another person from your company by submitting a request to registration@aprahome.org by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2021. Substitutions are not permitted after this deadline due to the nature of the virtual format. No exceptions.

How will the Virtual Conference be run? Will it be easy to navigate?

Apra is partnering with a virtual event platform, Pathable, to ensure that the conference is an easy to navigate virtual experience for attendees, speakers and our partners. In advance of the event, Apra will provide registered attendees with introductory information to ensure you are comfortable with the platform. Apra staff will be available throughout the conference to support and assist as needed.

Which time zone does the event take place?

All sessions will take place in Central Time. Please plan accordingly.
*Please note: The virtual platform will update the event times to match your computer’s time zone. All promotional materials will show the events in Central Time.

How will I access the virtual platform?

Closer to the event, you will receive an invitation to our virtual platform, Pathable, where the full experience will take place. An orientation video will be provided to help you navigate the platform. Attendees will have access to the platform through December 31, 2021.

What device can I use to access the Prospect Development 2021 event?

The event can be accessed by mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones. However, we strongly recommend using a desktop computer or laptop with a stable Internet connection for best performance and experience.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, sessions will be recorded and will be uploaded to the platform within 24 hours, unless speakers have requested not to be recorded. These sessions have been marked as “Live Session Only” on the session grid.

As an attendee, will I have access to the recorded content after Prospect Development 2021?

Yes, attendees will have access to 30+ recordings within the virtual platform, shortly following the live event until August 31, 2021. After this date, the recordings can be accessed indefinitely on Apra University, at no additional cost to Prospect Development 2021 attendees.

Will I be able to earn Continuing Education hours?

Yes. Apra is pleased to share that attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 10.50* CFRE certification points by attending the live education and up to 33.00* CFRE certification points by watching the on-demand sessions, during, or after the event.

How do I claim Continuing Education credit?

In order to obtain your continuing education hours you will need to fill out an overall conference evaluation and an individual session evaluation for each session you attended. You may fill out the individual session evaluation any time after the session is completed. All evaluations must be completed by June 30, 2021. How can I connect with other attendees?

It’s now more important than ever for our industry to come together, to share experiences, explore the opportunities and overcome challenges. Within the virtual event, attendees are encouraged to virtually congregate across time zones and participate in networking activities, explore new products and services and Zoom live with Apra Vendors, engage with speakers, set up 1:1 and small group meetings, send private messages before, during and after the event and more.
